Engagement Fees.
As prior consumers of executive search services, we always felt there was mis-alignment of full irrevocable fee structures to incentives. That being said we fully understand the need for a risk share model and the value of assignment outputs, therefore we take more risk than legacy retained firms with 2/3 of our fee at risk until successful execution of contract and executive commencing the role.
25% of base salary for the following roles:
CEO, CFO, CTO, CRO, CMO, CCO, CPO, CSO and COO.
20% of base salary for
CISO, CDO, SVP, VP or equivalent
Billing schedule is as follows:
1/3 billed on search initiation.
1/3 billed at the offer acceptance stage.
1/3 billed at the commencement of employment.
Sign on bonuses, variable compensation and equity are all excluded from fee calculation.
Board assignments:
For Board appointments we charge a flat fee of 20k Euro or provide a 12k per annum for an always on board sourcing.
Complex hub migration projects:
Our team have successfully carried out discreet hub build outs designed to minimize risk, reduce opex and protect the operating rhythm of the business, particularly after M&A events. We can provide a proposal should this be a fit, with our team specialising in Eastern & Northern Europe .
